How it works
Schedule a Pickup
The night before your order, we will send you a text asking if you need a pickup.? Reply yes if you’d like a pickup.?
a Sage Cleaners driver will come by within the designated time window.
Your clothes will be delivered with a reusable Sage Cleaners garment bag 48 hours later.

What days do you pick up & deliver?
We offer pickups & deliveries on Monday, Wednesdays, and Friday.? Once we receive your order, it will be returned to your home within 48 hours.
How do I cancel an On-Demand pickup request?
Reply to our text confirmation “Undo”.? It’s that easy!
Placing an On-Demand Order - Text
Once you’ve signed up for our pickup & delivery service, we will send you a text the night before we come by asking if you’d like a pickup.? Reply “Yes”, and we will come by.
Placing an On-Demand Order - Mobile App
Once the mobile app is open, select ?Pickup Request?.? Once it opens, select the pickup and delivery date that best works for you.? You can also input any instructions you may have for your order, such as ?stain on left collar?.? Once completed, select ?Request Pickup?.? You should shortly after receive an email confirming your pickup request.

Placing an On-Demand order on our website is easy.? visit Sage Cleaners and click the ?login? button to go to our login page.? After logging in, select ?Pickup? from the top menu.? Select which days you would like to have your garments picked up & delivered, then press ?Request Pickup?.

How can I add special instructions to my order
Right before you confirm your order, there is a text box where you can include any special comments on your order.? We encourage you to use this section to include any information on stains or special requests for certain garments.
How do I add a coupon to my order?
Before placing your order, open the mobile app and select ?Coupons?.? In the top section, type the promo code into the app and press ?redeem promo code?.? This will automatically place this coupon on your next order with Sage Cleaners.? Alternatively, you can print out our coupons and place them inside of your garment bag.
