Tampa Laundry Service FAQs
What is included in your subscription plans?
Sage Cleaners offers a number of different subscription plans.
For laundry, we offer three subscription plans:
- Light Laundry: This plan includes 4XL bags of laundry per month. These bags will typically hold 25lbs of laundry, or about a week’s worth of laundry for a family of 2-3.
- Laundry Freedom: This plan includes 4XL bags of laundry & 4XL linens bags. The linens bags are for towels, sheets, rags, and blankets to help free up more room in your laundry bags. This plan works best for a family of 4
- Laundry Freedom+: For complete laundry freedom, we recommend this plan. It includes 4XL bags of laundry, 4XL linens bags, and 4 wash & hang dry bags.
Do I have to be home to receive my laundry?
You don’t! Leave your clothes in a Sage Cleaners bag (or even a trash bag & a note if it’s your first order) and our team will come by to pick up or drop off your order.
Can I use your other services as well?
Absolutely! We’re a complete textile solution for your home. Let us know if you need additional bags, and we would be happy to provide them.

How long is my subscription for?
All of our subscription plans are monthly.
What To Expect On Your First Pickup

Pickup
The day after you first signup, our team will deliver everything you need for your first pickup, right to your front door including all your very own bags. You’ll receive reminders the night before at 6:00 pm and the morning of at 7:00 am. Set your bags out and we’ll do the rest! You’ll be notified when your order has been picked up.

Cleaning
Once we pick up your clothes, we’ll take them to our very own, state-of-the-art cleaning facilities. Your clothes will be properly checked-in, sorted, and set up for the appropriate cleaning processes. Good news is you can track this every step of the way via the order tracker in our app. Don’t forget to download it!
Delivery
We deliver back in 1-business day for all orders, free of charge! The day of delivery, you’ll receive a notification of an ETA for drop-off. Follow along as you wish! Our team will deliver right back to where it started, with your clothes being drawer and closet ready for wear!
