No major problems. Alteration service takes a couple days. My only issue is that I think that they are pretty expensive compared to what I was used to in Chicago.

Very excellent customer care and quality dry cleaning. They made one mistake with our order, one time, and fixed the issue immediately, kindly, and professionally! We never had another issue since and our clothing is always ready in record speed compared to other dry cleaners I have brought our items to in the past. Great place!
