See update info below, everything has been taken care. They did care and wanted to make thing right. They have lost a brand new shirt I gave my husband for Christmas. Said it had a stain on it they had to send it back, that is not so it came out of the package to the dry CLEANERS. Many days have past now they tell the truth they can't find it. Still no answer on what the plan on doing.We want our shirt. It was not a cheap shirt.UPDATE 2-10-2020 I wanted to do an update, after my review I was contacted by management an they have taken care of everything. They turned a 1 star into a 5 star. We are still using them since they have taken care of their mistake.

Excellent Service!!! I was very Impressed with the little "thank you" handkerchief in ALL four of my husband suit pocket. They was sooooo cute and perfect for wearing out in public. When my husband putted on his jacket, instantly he notice the handkerchief, and asked me where did I purchased them. Also the little handkerchief made it very easy for me to pick out a shirt for him to wear alone with his suit. Thank you for your excellent service, and yes!
